What is a retainer?
A retainer is the fee required to hold your portrait session date at time of booking.
Mini sessions require total amount due at time of booking.
All retainers are Non-refundable.
Your session date is not reserved until I receive your signed contract and retainer fee.
When is my balance due?
Your remaining balance is due in full, on the day of your session.
Payments are available with prior arrangement.
Images are not released until balance is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS
Where will my session take place?
All sessions are in studio or on location, unless otherwise specified during your consultation.
Travel fees apply for locations greater than 20 miles from studio.
Client is responsible for any photography/entrance (including toll) fees.
We can do sessions in your home for an additional $100.
What do the sessions cost?
We offer sessions to fit every budget.
Portrait Sessions include the session fee, consultation and image retouching only, for Newborns through Adults.
Prints are purchased separately, a la carte. No minimum.
All Inclusive Portrait Packages includes consultation, session, image retouching and prints (and digital files, if indicated), all for one price.
Maternity, Newborn Seniors and Boudoir are All Inclusive sessions.
All sessions take place Tuesday through Saturday.
What do I wear to my session?
A pre-session consultation to discuss the look of your portrait session is included in your session fee. We will go over wardrobe ideas and suggestions, and hair and makeup, if requested.
When will I receive my portraits?
Your images will be ready to view in approximately 1-4 weeks at your ordering session. Further retouching (if needed) will be done on ordered images after your choices have been made.
You will receive your printed products in another 1-2 weeks after your order has been placed.
How do I prepare for my newborns' session?
My Newborn Prep guide will be emailed to you, along with a questionnaire to help make your newborns session everything that you want it to be.
How do I communicate with you?
Consultation occurs in the studio or by phone during business hours Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am-8 pm.
