                                                 Session fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date in case of                                                                                 unforeseen circumstances.
                                   

                                                 Consultation, ordering and proofing sessions occur in the studio                                                                                                               Appointments are made at the time of your session.

                                                 $175 retainer is required to hold your portrait session at time of booking

                                                 Your session is NOT booked until your retainer fee has been paid.

                                                 All sessions, except newborn, are on location, unless otherwise specified during consultation                                                                 Travel fees apply for locations greater than 20 miles from studio

                                                 Client is responsible for any photography/entrance (including toll) fees
